The web application allows the user to quickly and easily extract demographic, land use and income data for any area in South Africa. Using multiple enhanced, up-to-date datasets (including building-based structures, new developments, population, demographics, densification and more) the application enables the user to perform analysis in support of business intelligence.
Currently the following datasets are available. A full detailed report, covering any area in South Africa, is provided for each of these data products.
Predict the potential revenue on an existing or future site. Identify similar locations that indicate potentially high return on investment.
Location intelligence in support of site selection is becoming increasingly important to identify potentially risky sites as well as the reasons why these sites might fail.
Analyse the mutual impact of new developments on competing businesses and their client base.

More detail: Google Chrome is a very good and secure browser. This issue only effects WMS and WFS services, as a result these features have been limited on Google Chrome.
This does not mean that Google Chrome is not a secure browser, we highly recommend using Chrome for other tasks. We hope that the issue will be resolved soon.
In May 2019 GeoTerraImage announced the latest release of the New Developments dataset. This product indecates to the user of changes to the environment whether it be to land use, road infrastructure etc.
In February 2019, the tools used by the company administrator were improved to better manage and monitor users and their usage. This includes permission to manage and if necessary, deny access to users of the ArcGIS or QGIS plugins.
To access the administrative tools, the user should select Account Management.
In January 2019 a feature was added to select sites based on official boundaries such as EA’s, SAL’s and Main Places.
In October 2018 this tool was introduced to identify areas shared between businesses and support informed decision-making regarding marketing, future developments and upgrades.
